These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and useof the website at https://www.getanchor.ai and its sub-pages (the “Website”),operated by Anchor AI Ltd., an Israeli company located at KibbutzGa’ash, Israel 6095000 (“Anchor AI”, “we”, “us”). Byaccessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,do not use the Website.

1. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms apply to the Website only. Access to and use of the Anchor AIplatform and related services (the “Platform”) is governed by a separateMaster Service Agreement and the documents incorporated into it (including theData Processing Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Service Level Agreement).If you are a customer, that agreement — not these Terms — governs your use ofthe Platform. Our processing of personal data is described in our PrivacyPolicy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Changes

2.1  Eligibility. By usingthe Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legallycapable of forming a binding contract to use the Website. If you use theWebsite on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized tobind that organization to these Terms.

2.2  Changes. We mayupdate these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on theWebsite with a new effective date. Your continued use after the changes takeeffect constitutes acceptance. We may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict access to theWebsite (or any part of it) at any time.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

3.1  License. Subject tothese Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferablelicense to access and view the Website for your personal or internal businessinformational purposes.

3.2  Restrictions. The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, designs,software, and the “Anchor” and “Anchor AI” names and marks — are owned by orlicensed to Anchor AI and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Exceptfor the limited license in Section 3.1, no rights are granted to you. You maynot use our trademarks without our prior written consent or register, attemptto register, or assist any other person in registering any of our trademarks orany confusingly similar mark.

5. Submissions and Feedback

If you submit information through the Website (for example, demorequests, contact forms, or newsletter sign-ups), you are responsible for itsaccuracy and for having the right to share it. Do not submit confidentialinformation you do not wish to disclose. If you provide suggestions or feedbackabout Anchor AI or its offerings, you are responsible for ensuring that it doesnot include confidential information, intellectual property, personalinformation, or other information that identifies you as the source of thefeedback. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use suchsuggestions or feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATELIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDREDUS DOLLARS (US$100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BELIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Anchor AI and its affiliates fromclaims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Websiteor breach of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Lawand Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, withoutregard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in New York County,New York have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatoryconsumer-protection laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.

11. General

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimumextent necessary, and the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce aprovision is not a waiver.
